The Nordic Embassy Cooperation Programme is a continuation of the Ambassadepuljen (Initiatives for cooperation among Nordic diplomatic missions to promote Our Vision 2030). This programme is dedicated to the embassies and diplomatic missions of Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Åland (outside of the Nordic region) to support cooperation and promoting Nordic interest in the world.
This programme strives to increase the cooperation between abovementioned Nordic embassies and diplomatic missions, to promote knowledge about Nordic cooperation, solutions and more importantly to support the realization of the Nordic Council of Ministers Our Vision 2030. This vision stipulates that Nordic region will become the most sustainable and integrated region in the world by 2030. The Nordic Embassy Cooperation Programme is financed by the Nordic countries and this programme is administrated by the office of the Nordic Council of Ministers´ in Estonia.
